  • Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on overdue amounts.
  • We reserve the right to withhold shipment of goods until payment is received.

Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delays in delivery.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Title

Title to goods remains with S & D Berg Trading Pty Ltd until full payment has been received.

Returns

  • Returns are subject to our Return Policy, available upon request or on our website.
  • Goods must not be returned without prior authorisation.
  • Goods returned without approval may be refused and returned at your cost.

Warranty

  • We warrant that our goods comply with Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
  • Any additional warranty terms will be provided with specific products where applicable.
  • This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our goods or services.

Our liability is limited, at our discretion, to:

  • The replacement of goods
  • The repair of goods
  • The refund of the purchase price paid
