Returns Policy

At S & D Berg Trading Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. Our Return Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.
  • You have received the incorrect item.
  • The return request is made within 7 Business Days of receiving the goods.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (unless faulty).

Please note:

  • Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for wholesale orders, but we will assess requests on a case-by-case basis.
  • Clearance or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

Contact our customer service team at sales@sdberg.com.au or (03) 9890 1634 with the following details:

  • Invoice number or proof of purchase.
  • Product name and code.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Photographic evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Wait for authorisation and further instructions. Returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For any other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome:

Approved returns may result in:

  • A replacement product.
  • A credit note for future purchases.
  • A refund, processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5-10 Business Days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
